It is your own responsibility to read and understand all information within these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are displayed to show that Magnacol Ltd operates professionally and fairly.

 

 

General information

 

  1. Magnacol Ltd - Company number: 4166771. Magnacol website is a registered website - Registration number 87002.

  2. As Magnacol Ltd is a web-based company, contact will primarily be made via email.

  3. All personal payment details such as credit / debit card details are held by PayPal. Magnacol Ltd does not have access to these details.

  4. Any customer information held by us is kept private and is regarded as confidential. Therefore, we will not pass any customer details on to any third parties.  

  5. We cannot be held responsible for cheques / postal orders etc that may get lost while in transit from the customer. Similarly, we will not be responsible for damaged / voided payments received from the customer.

  6. Once notified of errors or omissions we will correct them immediately.

  7. In the unlikely event that incorrect goods should be received, which were not what were ordered, are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity than what was originally stated on the order, we will rectify the problem. Either a replacement or refund will be issued, provided that we are notified of the situation within 14 days from the date of dispatch (the 14 day approval period).

  8. In the unlikely event that a package / parcel should not be delivered, we shall rectify the problem either by replacing the parcel or by refunding the payment only after 14 days have passed from the date of dispatch (UK). For overseas deliveries, we will only rectify the problem after 30 days from the date of dispatch.

  9. We will not accept responsibility for damage to goods by the customer after delivery or the 14-day approval period. We will not accept responsibility for unsafe use of items purchased and any injuries or self-harm sustained are considered a direct result of the customer’s actions. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are available with certain goods and also by request.

  10. We will not accept responsibility for advice or services given that are interpreted differently than what was originally given. All advice and services given are done so via email unless under special circumstances. Records are kept of advice given.

  11. We will only be liable for direct loss or damage to goods and will therefore, not be liable to refund amounts for postage or any other similar services. If goods are damaged while being returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to claim compensation from the post office. In these circumstances we will not be made responsible for items returned, which are damaged while being returned. For more information, please read our returns policy.

  12. We will only dispatch goods once payment has been received. Shipping / postage will always be charged based on current Royal Mail / Courier rates.

  13. We reserve the right to change item and shipping charges whenever necessary.

 

Delivery information

  1. The period stated within confirmation emails regarding delivery dates is estimated based on average delivery times. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, which may be a direct result of the postal service. We may also send goods out in instalments.

  2. For stock items we will always dispatch promptly, usually within 24 hours. For non-stock or requested items we will always dispatch as quickly as possible and usually within 10 days.

  3. If the delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, the customer may be requested to pay import duties and taxes by that countries customs service. We cannot be held responsible for any such charges and will therefore not be able to pay them. Although, all customers have the right to reject payment of these charges. If rejected, the parcel will be delivered back to us. More information on this subject is available from local customs offices.

  4. All overseas customers should be aware that international customs services reserve the right to open and inspect parcels.

  5. The customer holds the right to request goods to be dispatched to another address rather than their own. Therefore, the customer undertakes that all details provided to us for purpose of delivery of goods are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

  6. Magnacol Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
